Open to new ideas, always- send a message to start your custom design! All sun, moon and rising zodiac sign jewelry can be made with any gemstone or crystal combination desired. Family or couple zodiac sign pendants require a design consultation prior to ordering. Concetta  Designs are created to be personalized for the owner but are offered in a non-overwhelming manner.

Accepted forms of payment include Paypal or direct credit card checkout. Card information is transmitted over a secure SSL encryption and is NOT stored within our database. Your private information will never be shared with third parties.

Returns on eligible items (non- custom pieces with less than one zodiac sign) must be shipped back within 5 business days for store credit. Please contact PRIOR to shipping. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. There are NO returns on custom designs- this includes ALL sun, moon and rising sign pieces as well as family pieces. If you realize that the signs or information given  to  us  is wrong after receiving your custom piece, please contact immediately. There will be a $15 pendant replacement charge that includes, supplies, labor and shipping the order back to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the original back to be fixed. Please contact me if there is ever an issue, I will do by best to make you happy.

I will happily repair your Concetta Designs adornment for a small service, supply and shipping charge. You must contact PRIOR to sending your jewelry for a quote estimate. Any loner earrings can receive a new match for 1/2 the price, depending on availability.

Please be aware that items may take anywhere from 1-4  business days to create and ship. Each piece  of  jewelry is custom made with great attention to detail.  Your items will be packaged in either an a natural cotton drawstring bag or a gift box. PLEASE verify that the address you give as well as your Paypal address are up to date and contact immediately if there is ever a mistake made in entering this information. Concetta Designs is NOT held responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped in a padded mailer via USPS mail- you will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Please contact PRIOR to ordering for rush shipment options.
